Q. What is your reservation deposit?
A. $300.00 reservation deposit or total rental amount, which ever is less.
Q. What is your cleaning/security deposit?
A. $500.00 authorization which is returned so long as the equipment is returned
in the same condition as it was received.
Q. Do you recommend using a stabilizer hitch?
A. It depends on the size of trailer and towing vehicle. Contact us for additional information.
Q. What is your cancellation policy on the equipment?
A. Cancellations prior to 30 days before trip are refundable less a $15.00 fee. Cancellations
between 29 days and 15 days before trip are 50% refundable less a $15.00 fee. Cancellations
14 days prior to trip are non-refundable.
Q. What size ball and electrical connection do I need?
A. Look under the equipment tab for each trailers specification.
Q. What credit cards to you accept?
A. We accept, Visa, Master, Discover and checks.
Q. What type of insurance do I need?
A. You need personal liability insurance. Waivers are available on some equipment.
