All of our trailers come with a generator, box of wood, toilet paper and kitchenware such as: pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, Tupperware, dish towels. Also, we provide the propane. All of our trailers have a linen option (at an additional charge), which includes bath towels, washcloths and bedding.

31' Tango

The 31’ Tango is our luxury model. It has a sofa and dinette slide out. It comes with a TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Microwave, Stove Top, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Double Basin Kitchen Sink, A/C, Heater, 50-gal Fresh Water Tank, Restroom, Private Queen Bedroom, 4 bunk beds, Awning and tons of storage. The total sleeping capacity is 10 people.

Towing Specifications
The Tango has an overall shipping length of 35’ 8” which is spare tire to hitch. It requires a 3/4 ton truck, 2 5/16” ball and a 7-pin round plug. We highly recommend renting the Stabilizer Hitch with this trailer. Since all vehicles are a different height any hitch that you provide must be adjustable. The proper towing height for this trailer is 22” after the weight is on the vehicle. The dry weight of the trailer is 7,100 lbs with a hitch weight of 1,020 lbs. The trailer has a 2,900 lbs payload capacity which includes, water, food, gear, etc…

Terms and Conditions

In House Equipment Rental
A $300.00 reservation deposit or total rental balance, which ever is less, is required at the time of booking. Cancellations prior to 30 days before trip are refundable less a $15.00 fee. Cancellations between 29 days and 15 days before trip are 50% refundable less a $15.00 fee. Cancellations 14 days prior to trip are non-refundable. Payment on the balance of the rental equipment is due at the time of pick up or if we are delivering the equipment, 24 hours prior to delivery. Some equipment may vary, contact us for specific details.

Camp Grounds
Entire balance is due at the time of reservation. A $15.00 service fee is charged if you modify your reservation or cancel your reservation prior to 15 days before the arrival date. Cancellations 14 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable. Some campgrounds may vary, contact us for specific details.

Booking Fee
Entire balance is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Cleaning/Security Deposit
On the day of pick up or delivery a $500.00 cleaning/security deposit will be authorized. There will not be a cleaning charge so long as the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Gasoline Charge
All equipment that operates on gasoline is required to be returned full. A charge of $6.00 per gallon will be charged against the cleaning/security deposit when equipment is not returned full.

Insurance Requirements
All of our trailers require the client to have personal liability insurance. There is a $500.00 deductable in the event of damage to the trailer.
Use of the awnings are at the clients risk. Damage to the awnings are NOT covered by insurance, therefore the client is responsible for the entire repair cost.
